This year, we are going to start choosing a "Factory Worker of the Week" in the weightroom. This title goes out to the person in the weightroom that really stood out to the coaches, not only from being one of the hardest workers for that week, but for someone who is caught encouraging their teammates and helping coach up one of their teammates who is still working to fix their form in the weightroom.
